Max Brown was a four-starter at quarterback for the Lindenwood football team from 1995-98. He was a three-time all-conference selection and was the offensive leader for the 1998 team which made the postseason for the first time in school history.
Brown finished his career with 7,214 passing yards and 50 touchdown passes, both school records which stood for ten years. He earned honorable mention all-conference honors during Lindenwood’s first two seasons in the HAAC in 1996 and 1997. As a senior, he threw for 2,124 yards, and completed 61 percent of his passes for 14 touchdowns. He was named first-team all-conference after leading the Lions to an 8-2 regular season record and an appearance in the NAIA Football Championship Series.
