Lindenwood's men's tennis team battled back after losing the first four matches, before winning five consecutive matches to give the men's team a 5-4 win. For the women's team, despite playing in three third sets, they couldn't pull out a victory, losing 9-0.
 
Naoful El Idrissi was the first men's tennis player to get Lindenwood on the board, defeating his opponent 6-4, 6-2. El Idrissi's win gave the Lions some momentum as Johannes Rabenhorst won his match by winning the last two sets 7-5, 6-4. Nicholas Bruenger won his match with sets of 10-8 and 6-1, putting Lindenwood only behind by one. Anvar Akhmetov's win tied the score after he defeated his opponent 6-3 in the final set. Slobodan Bavrlic sealed the comeback victory by defeating his opponent 6-4, 6-2. The win improves the men's record to 4-8.
 
The Lady Lions couldn't close out any matches today and it proved to be their undoing. Clara Piccamiglio, Daria Ivanova, and Mariona Pinol all battled to the third set of their match, but couldn't close it out. The loss puts the women's tennis record at 3-10 so far this season.
