Lindenwood swimming & diving fell to conference-foe Indianapolis on Saturday. The men's team lost, 187-75, while the women's team was outscored, 191-71.
WOMEN'S HIGHLIGHTS
- Stephanie Marks, Beata Maruszczyk, Kirsten Votova, and McKayla Siemiller finished third in the 200 Yard Medley Relay, securing a time of 1:48.76.
- Leticia Rodrigues was second in the 1000 Yard Free with a 10:14.97 time.
- Maruszczyk finished in first place in the 100 Yard Breast with a time of 1:03.73.
- Maruszczyk also came in first in the 200 Yard Breast, finishing in 2:19.78.
MEN'S HIGHLIGHTS
- Matheo Mateos-Mongelos, Jerry Brown, Elliott Irwin, and Zach Linder were second in the 200 Yard Medley Relay with a time of 1:31.72.
- Nico Heye finished the 1000 Yard Free in second with a time of 10:14.97.
- In the 200 Yard Free, Vincent Jaworski came in second, with a final time of 1:42.28.
- Brown earned the second place spot in the 100 Yard Breast with a time of 56.47.
- In the 200 Yard Fly, Sebastian Silva captured the top spot, with a time of 1:52.49.
- Brown won the 200 Yard Breast, finishing in 2:05.12. Teammate Ole Tharandt finished in 2:06.14, which was good for second place.

The Lions return to action on Saturday, Jan. 16 at 12:00 p.m. for a dual meet against GLVC-foe McKendree. It will be the first home event of the regular season for Lindenwood, taking place in the St. Peters Rec-Plex.
