Box Score The Lindenwood Lady Lions soccer team won its second straight game Saturday afternoon 1-0 against Rogers State.

Both team's defense came to play on Saturday. The contest headed into half with neither team scoring a goal.

Early in the second half, the Lady Lions were finally able to get on the scoreboard. Bailey Cody notched her fifth goal of the season just five minutes into the final half.

Lindenwood's goalie, Jade Davis and the defense did the rest. For the second straight game Davis did not allow a goal. The shutout was the second of the year for Davis, and she has only surrendered two goals this season.

With the win the Lady Lions improved their overall record to 7-3-2. Up next for Lindenwood is a road game against the University of Science and Arts.
