Event Management | Internship Position
The primary responsibility of this position is to assist in event and administrative duties within the Lindenwood Athletic Department. This includes, but is not limited to, Ticket Sales and Hospitality needs at our on campus events. Along with working events, office hours will be required. This is an unpaid internship, preferably for college credit.

Expected Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Event Coordinators and Event Manager with game day operations for tournaments, meets and matches in a variety of athletic sport programs.
- Assist with scheduling and organization of set-ups and break down in preparation of games and events.
- Assists with field/facility coverage for games, competitions, and practices.
- Working with clock operators and other duties for a variety of sports.
- Prepare game day forms for ticketing, pass lists and etc.
- Desire to learn and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment of athletics.
- Other Duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled college level student
- A desire to gain experience in a Collegiate Athletic Department
- Excellent communication, computer and organizational skills
- A strong work ethic
- Willing to start with small tasks, leading to more significant responsibilities
- General office skills are necessary (Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Copying)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be a team playerÂ

Athletics Communications | Internship Position
The internship position will assist in sport responsibilities that include statistical data keeping, postgame releases, producing graphics, and website management per sport. As for office work, the internship position will organize photo galleries, while keeping staff and student-athlete bios up-to-date. The internship position will help update and maintain record books. This is an unpaid internship, preferably for college credit.

Expected Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in gameday preparation for website and printed materials
- Assist in writing pregame, postgame, and weekly press releases
- Assist in statistical data keeping using Stat Crew and Genius
- Assist in design and production of graphic content for social media
- Assist in design and production of gameday programs and game notes
- Communicate with outside media and visiting personnel to maximize gameday efficiency
- Shadow manager to learn daily regimen of the Athletics Communications Department
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled college level student
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to gain knowledge in Athletics Communications
- Strong work ethic
- Knowledge in, or ability to learn Adobe Suite in a timely manner

 Athletic Marketing | Internship Position
The internship position will learn and practice management, development, and implementation of all marketing and promotional efforts for Lindenwood Athletics. These responsibilities include student and community outreach, game day atmosphere, and the coordination of on-court/field, pre-game, half time, and post-game entertainment and music for various athletics programs. This internship position will work on the development and implementation of marketing plans for assigned sports. This is an unpaid internship, preferably for college credit.

Expected Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and production of graphic and video content for social media.
- Coordinate community outreach efforts to involve groups throughout the area.
- Develop and implement single game promotions to increase attendance, revenue, and support of Lindenwood Athletics.
- Learn and assist with the coordination of game day planning and promotions for various sports programs.
- Assist in the development of printed materials (ex: posters, schedule cards, season ticket brochures, promotional flyers, etc.).
- Oversee social media platforms to ensure the maximization of creative and effective messaging to target audiences.Â
- Develop and execute clearly defined social media strategies for individual sports and areas within the athletics department.Â
- Utilize social media to promote teams, student-athletes, and upcoming events.
- Assist in home event management and staffing.Â
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled college level student
- Passion for athletics, with an interest in marketing and promotion of events
- Ability to create, plan, and implement promotional ideas
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Knowledge in, or ability to learn Adobe Suite in a timely manner

 Video Production | Internship Position
The primary responsibility of this position is to assist in creating video content for Lindenwood Athletics. This is an unpaid internship, preferably for college credit.

Expected Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist in brainstorming content ideas to post on Lindenwood Athletics social media accounts.
• Assist in shooting highlights, interviews, and other creative stories surrounding Lindenwood Athletics.
• Assist in editing video content to post on Lindenwood Athletics social media accounts.
Qualifications
• Current Lindenwood student
• Previous camera operating and video editing experience is a plus, but not required
• Fast learner
• Available to help out during most LU sporting events
