Men's Basketball Hits 100-Point Mark Versus Wilberforce

Box Score The Lindenwood men's basketball team hit the 100-mark for the first time since the 2007-08 season on Saturday afternoon in Wilberforce, Ohio. The Lions won their second game at the Ben Waterman Classic with a 100-60 victory over Wilberforce.

Lindenwood's offense hit 14 three-pointers and 24 free throws in the game. The Lions shot 48.4 percent from the field and 43.8 percent from behind the arc. Defensively, Lindenwood held Wilberforce to just 38.7 percent shooting from the field, including one-of-14 from three-point range.

Kramer Soderberg led Lindenwood with 21 points. It was the fifth time this season that he has scored over 20 points, including the fourth time in the last five games. Michael Boos added 16 points, Tyler Ressel had 14, and Alex Bazzell scored 12. Garrett Reeg led the team with seven rebounds and Efkan Eren had six.

Lindenwood improves to 7-1 on the season with the victory. The Lions will be off until their home opener on Dec. 13 against Concordia Seminary.
