Box Score The No. 10 Lindenwood men's soccer team dropped a tough 1-0 game to Oakland City on Wednesday night in Oakland City, Indiana.

The first and only goal of the game came with just six minutes to play in the opening half. Nick Little of Oakland City scored his six goal of the year and gave the home team the lead.

Lindenwood's offense peppered the Oakland City keeper with 12 shots, with six of them on goal but could not tie the game. For the game, the Mighty Oaks only put two shots on the Lions goal.

With the loss Lindenwood drops to 7-2-2 on the season. Up next for the Lions is a home game against Northeastern State on Thursday October 11^th.
