The Lindenwood men's soccer team is ready to kickoff the MIAA Men's Soccer Tournament today in Olathe, Kan. The Lions finished the season with a record of 13-2-3 overall and 8-0-2 in MIAA play. Lindenwood earned the No. 1 seed in the tournament and will play the No. 4 seed Fort Hays State Thursday at 7 p.m.
The tournament is taking place in Olathe, Kan. at the Olathe District Activities Center. Four MIAA teams make up the tournament which will conclude on Saturday afternoon. The Lions are the top seed followed by Northeastern State, Truman, and Fort Hays.
In the opening game of the tournament, Northeastern State will play the Truman Bulldogs at 3 p.m. The two winners of the semifinal matchups will play for the tournament championship on Saturday.
