A Look Back At Penn State
- Lindenwood picked up its first win of the season and its first College Hockey America victory with a 5-1 win over Penn State.

- Lindenwood had both its best offensive and defensive games of the season in that win. The Lady Lions outshot the Nittany Lions by a 37-16 mark.

Alison Wickenheiser had three points with a goal and two assists. Allysson Arcibal scored twice, Lyndsey Kirkham had two assists, and Kendra Broad had the game-winning goal and an assist.

Nicole Hensley won her first collegiate victory by stopping 15 out of 16 shots. The one goal allowed was a power-play score.

- Lindenwood lost game two of the series by a 3-2 margin. Penn State scored the final two goals of the game after the Lady Lions had a 2-1 lead early in the third period.

- Lindenwood tied a season-high with 10 penalties in that game and had a season-high by having to try to kill off nine power plays. The Lady Lions were able to kill off seven power plays, but allowed two goals which was the difference in the contest.

Chelsea Witwicke and Alyssa West both had one goal and one assist in the game.

Lindenwood Notes
- Lindenwood has scored the first goal in four of its six home games this year. The Lady Lions have been tied after one period in five of those six games.

- Lindenwood allowed just 16 shots in game one of the Penn State series. It was the second fewest shots the team has allowed in a game in the program's NCAA history.

Allysson Arcibal leads the team with four goals this season, including two in the Penn State series.

Alison Wickenheiser has a team-high five assists. She recorded three assists in the most recent series.

Chelsea Witwicke is tied for tenth in the CHA in defenseman scoring. She has one goal and four assists on the year.

CHA Notes
- Mercyhurst is the lone nationally-ranked team out of the CHA. The Lakers are No. 4 in the USCHO poll and the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine poll.

- Lindenwood returns to CHA play on Dec. 15-16 with a two-game series at RIT.  The Tigers, another newcomer to the conference, are 6-5-2 overall on the season and 1-3-2 in league action.

About the Huskies
- St. Cloud State is currently 30th out of 34 teams in NCAA Division I in scoring offense, and 22nd in scoring defense.

- Four players have eight or nine points for the Huskies this season. Haylea Schmid leads the team with five goals, Alex Nelson has a team-high seven assists and nine points, and Molli Mott has also collected nine points.
