• The Lindenwood Lady Lions are set to host Benedictine-Springfield in the final non-conference game of the season.
• This marks the first meeting in program history between the two teams.
• Lindenwood has started the season with a 2-7 overall record and 0-2 record in the MIAA. All of the remaining contests for the Lady Lions are conference games.
• Benedictine will be playing in its final exhibition game of the 2012-13 season on Monday against the Lady Lions. Earlier this season, the Bulldogs traveled to Maryville and fell to the Saints, 29-81.

• The Lady Lions look to improve to 3-7 as they face the Benedictine-Springfield Bulldogs in the final non-conference game of the 2012-13 season.
• As of December 24, freshman Tori Kuhn moved up to tenth overall in total rebounds. She is the only freshman in the top-ten and is averaging 7.5 rebounds per game. Kuhn is fifth in the conference in offensive rebounds, averaging 3.1 per game.
• Sarah Schnieders is in the top-15 in field-goal percentage. She is making 52.1 percent of her shots, going 25-for-48 in seven games this season.
• The Lady Lions are ninth in the league in three-point percentage at 33.7 percent. Central Missouri sits at the top, making 43 percent of the shots beyond the arc.
• Lindenwood is eighth in the league in rebounding, averaging 38.7 boards per contest.
• Tied with Missouri Southern, the Lady Lions moved up to seventh in the conference in total steals. Lindenwood has stolen the ball 78 times, averaging 8.7 per game.
• Sarah Schnieders is approaching 1,000 career total points. Entering Monday's contest, she is sitting at 997 points.
• Julie Hlinak is averaging 1.8 three-pointers per game and sits 12th in the conference in that category.
• After the 2011-12 season, the Lindenwood women's basketball squad was recognized by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association for its work in the classroom. The team finished with a team GPA of 3.567 which was the seventh-highest GPA in all of NCAA Division II.
• This season marks the inaugural season for the Lady Lions in the MIAA. The MIAA is one of the top basketball conferences in Division II.
• Due to being in NCAA Division II provisional status, the Lady Lions will not have the opportunity to compete at the MIAA conference tournament in March.
• The Lady Lions will finish the remainder of the season with 16 MIAA contests. Lindenwood will start that portion of its schedule with a game against Truman on January 5th. Tip-off is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. at Hyland Arena.

• Lindenwood fell to GLVC member Missouri S&T 70-47 in Rolla.
• Jordynn Martin led the Lady Lions with 10 points. Sarah Schnieders contributed nine.
• The Miners held Lindenwood to just 31.6 percent from the floor. Missouri S&T shot 44.1 percent from the floor.
• The Lady Lions were outrebounded 42-35 in the contest.
• Missouri S&T edged out the Lady Lions from the charity stripe, shooting 64.7 percent compared to 64.3 percent by Lindenwood.
• Lindenwood outscored the Miners on second chance points, 8-5.
Benedictine-Springfield Notes
• The Benedictine-Springfield Bulldogs are 3-7 so far this season. The Bulldogs won the last contest by forfeit against Morthland College.
• The other two victories on the Bulldogs' schedule came against STL College of Pharmacy. Benedictine-Springfield won the first game 89-43 and the second game 80-53.
• Wanda Nettles is in her first season as the head coach of the Bulldogs.
• Shaynell Jackson is leading the Bulldogs in scoring this season, averaging 14.3 points in eight games this season. She has started in all eight games she has played in.
