Box Score The Lindenwood Lady Lions soccer team fell 2-1 to the Northeastern State University Riverhawks (Okla.) in its first road game of the season on Friday night.
Northeastern State's Jolene Thompson scored the first goal of the night with just over 15 minutes to play in the first half.
The Lady Lions were able to knot things up at one apiece early in the second half on
Kirsten Crabtree's second goal of the season. However the Riverhawk's responded with a game winning 89
th minute goal off the foot of Elizabeth Cudjoe.
The Lady Lions now hold a 3-3-1 record on the season and will continue their road trip with a 1 p.m. kick-off against University of Central Oklahoma on Sunday.
