The men's tennis team was defeated by Southern Indiana in Evansville, Ind. on Saturday by a score of 8-1. 

Just one Lion was able to bring home a victory in the meet. Andrei Masin beat his opponent in three sets; 7-5 4-6 10-6. Lindenwood's Thiaggo Mastroianni was able to push his opponent to a tiebreaker after winning his second set 6-0. Mastroianni would go on to lose in the third set. 

The men's tennis team will be back in action Feb. 28 when it takes on Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tenn.
