Box Score The Lindenwood Lady Lions soccer team started its 2014 season off on Thursday night at home in St. Charles, Mo. The Lady Lions and the Maryville Saints played 110 minutes of soccer and neither team could score a goal in a 0-0 tie.

The Lady Lions controlled the play in the early portion of the game. Lindenwood took nine shots in the opening half with four of them being on goal.

The second half was much closer as both teams settled in and didn't give up many chances. Each team had its chances in the overtimes but couldn't net the game winner.

Lindenwood will be back in action on Sunday at Missouri-St. Louis.
