The Lindenwood women's volleyball team lost to No. 11 Central Missouri on Tuesday night in St. Charles, Mo. by a score of 3-0.
Central Missouri proved to be the force that they are, winning by scores of 25-21, 25-10, and 25-20 in Hyland Arena. Lindenwood played a solid first set and was able to get the crowd into the game early, but the Jennies were too much.
Bailey Dvorak again led the Lady Lions with eight kills while
Jessica Krygsheld and
Alex Dahlstrom posted five kills apiece. Makowski added three blocks to her season total.
The loss drops Lindenwood to 8-7 on the year and 1-4 in conference play. The Lady Lions will begin a three-game road trip on Friday in Maryville, Mo. where they will take on Northwest Missouri State at 7 p.m.
