Kassidy Gengenbacher reached a prestigious milestone with her 1,000th career point against Missouri-St. Louis on Tuesday night. Gengenbacher put up 18 points, including 7-of-8 shooting from the free throw line, and added four assists.

Charisse Williams hit one-of-two free throws with less than four seconds remaining to give the Lady Lions the one-point victory.

CeCe Rapp is coming off a 12 point game in which she shot 6-of-8 from the field and added two blocks.Â
Bri Wilber dropped 17 points including two three-pointers.

-The Lady Lions are shooting .412 percent (21-for-51) from three-point range, and .794 percent (27-for-34) from the free throw line.

-Gengenbacher is leading the team with 18.3 points per contest, while Wilber is at 11.3 points per game. Zailo continues to be a force down low with 8.7 rebounds per game, while
Jenny Rocha and Gengenbacher average four boards per contest.

-Williams is leading the team with 10 assists, followed by Rocha with nine assists. Zailo leads the squad with seven steals, and Rapp has compiled a team-leading six blocks.

Saturday's Game-The Lady Lions will make a two-day trip to Quincy, Ill. for the Quincy Tip-Off Classic. Lindenwood will open up the weekend with a 3 p.m. start against Robert Morris-Springfield.

-Robert Morris-Springfield finished its 2014-15 season with a 4-16 record. Lindenwood defeated Robert Morris-Springfield 97-44 last season in Hyland Arena.

Sunday's Game-Lindenwood will close out its weekend against host Quincy for a 3 p.m. start on Sunday. The final game of the weekend will also conclude a five-game road trip the Lady Lions have been on since the start of the season.

-The two teams have not played since Lindenwood moved to the NCAA Division II.

-Quincy will play MacMurray on Saturday, but the game will go down as an exhibition contest for the Hawks. Quincy defeated Northwest Missouri State on Wednesday by a final of 58-44 in Quincy, Ill.

-The Hawks are led by Maggie Cunningham who is averaging 13.5 points per game with seven boards per game.
