The Lindenwood men's volleyball team picked up its second win in program history over a nationally-ranked team on Friday night at Hyland Arena. The Lions defeated No. 14 Ball State by scores of 25-17, 25-22, and 25-19.

Lindenwood held Ball State to just a .056 hitting percentage for the night. The Lions recorded 12 blocks and had 36 digs. Ball State ended the match with just 27 kills and 22 hitting errors. Lindenwood had 15 more kills than errors, also recorded five service aces in the match.

Colin Hackworth led Lindenwood with 15 kills, five service aces, seven blocks, and 24.5 points, all of which led the team.
Jake Duckworth finished with 10 kills, and
Kyle Overby had eight.
Roman Seghezzi had a team-high 33 assists and
Ryan Vorderer led the squad with nine digs.

Lindenwood improves to 8-7 on the season and 3-5 in MIVA play. The Lions will face IPFW on Saturday night at Hyland Arena.
