Lindenwood Notes:-Lindenwood will return to Hyland Arena on Thursday to take on No. 3 Fort Hays State at 5:30 p.m. in St. Charles, Mo. The Lady Lions will remain in Hyland for a 1 p.m. game against Nebraska-Kearney on Saturday.

-The Lady Lions are coming off of an 87-58 loss to then No. 3 Emporia State on Monday. Lindenwood has lost is previous two games and now stands at 7-6 on the year and 3-4 in the MIAA.

-Lindenwood is 0-3 against the Tigers as both teams met once in each of the past three seasons. The Tigers most recent win was last season in a 75-60 win in Hyland Arena.Â
Jenny Rocha scored 15 points, while
Kassidy Gengenbacher put up 12 points.Â
Vanessa Zailo had one of her better games by grabbing 18 rebounds and added seven points.

-Against the Tigers, Rocha has tallied 24 points with eight assists and seven rebounds. Gengenbacher dropped 20 points in her freshman campaign and put up 12 points last season against Fort Hays State.

-Just like Fort Hays, the Lady Lions are 0-3 against Nebraska-Kearney. The Lopers have defeated the Lady Lions once in each of the last three years. Nebraska-Kearney won 73-67 in the most recent meeting in Hyland Arena.

-Rocha has compiled 40 points, seven assists, and six rebounds in three games against the Lopers. Last season, Rocha was held to 11 points and no assists, but two years ago she went off for 17 points in a 78-71 loss in Kearney, Neb.

-Gengenbacher scored her career-high 37 points against the Lopers last season. Gengenbacher scored 12 points the year before, and has seven career steals against Nebraska-Kearney.

-The Lady Lions are ranked 19th in the nation and 2nd in the MIAA with a 45.9 field goal percentage. Lindenwood has a 37.6 three-point percentage which is 2nd in the MIAA and 21st in the nation.

Charisse Williams has 30 steals on the year which is tied for 1st in the MIAA and is 50th in the nation. Gengenbacher is 9th in the nation and 1st in the MIAA in both three-pointers made (40) and three-pointers attempted (106), despite her recent struggles.

-After Saturday's game, Lindenwood will play just four more home games this season. The Lady Lions will be on the road for nine of its last 13 games. Lindenwood is 4-2 at home this season.

Thursday's Game:-Lindenwood will host No. 3 Fort Hays State on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. in Hyland Arena. The Lady Lions are 7-6 on the season, while the Tigers are 12-1.

-Lindenwood will play its second consecutive game against a ranked opponent. Monday, the Lady Lions fell to then No. 3 Emporia State.

-Fort Hays will enter St. Charles, Mo. after a 68-60 win over Missouri Southern in Hays, Kan. The Tigers shot 36.5 percent from the field as opposed to 50 percent from Missouri Southern.Â

Fort Hays Notes:-The Tigers are coached by Tony Hobson who is in his eighth season as head coach of the women's program. To date, Hobson has compiled a 144-72 record at Fort Hays and is 557-178 in his 24th season as a head ball coach.

-Fort Hays is led by Chelsea Mason, Jill Faxon, and Beth Bohuslavsky. Mason is averaging 13.7 points per game with 4.8 rebounds per game.Â

-Faxon is shooting 41.8 percent from the field for an average of 12.4 points per game with a team-high 5 rebounds per contest. Faxon is also shooting a team-best 38.9 percent from three-point range.

-Bohuslavsky posts 11.9 points per game with a three-point percentage of 35 percent. Bohuslavsky dishes out 2.8 assists per game and has compiled 23 steals on the season.

Saturday's Game:-Lindenwood will close out its short two-game home stand with a 1 p.m. game against Nebraska-Kearney on Saturday in Hyland Arena.

-Nebraska-Kearney will travel to Jefferson City, Mo. to take on Lincoln prior to its trip to St. Charles, Mo. Prior to the MIAA game against Lincoln, the Lopers are 6-7 on the year and hold a 2-5 conference record.

-The Lopers most recent game was a 65-58 loss to Pittsburg State on Monday in Kearney, Neb. Nebraska-Kearney is 3-3 both at home and on the road, and it is just 2-5 in its previous seven games.

Nebraska-Kearney Notes:-The Lopers are coached by Carrie Hofstetter who is in her first season as head coach of the Lopers. Hofstetter has a career record of 74-38, as she coached three seasons at Hastings College before arriving at Nebraska-Kearney in March of 2015.

-Nebraska-Kearney is led by Laramey Becker and McKenzie Brown. Becker is averaging 15.4 points per game with a 6.3 rebounding average. Brown tallied 11.2 points per game with a 3.0 rebounding average.

-The Lopers have offensive production from Alexa Hogberg who has dished out 58 assists this season. Becker is tied with
Charisse Williams atop the MIAA with 30 steals on the year.
