The Lindenwood women's volleyball team fell in three-straight sets to Fort Hays State on Saturday night in Hays, Kan. by scores of 25-20, 25-19, and 25-20 respectively.

The Lady Lions dropped set one 25-20 as
Sarah Makowski and
Alex Bogusz each had four kills while
Allyson Clancy dished out 11 assists in the opening set. As a team, the Lady Lions hit .220 with two team blocks. Fort Hays took set two by a 25-19 margin, but
Bailey Dvorak tallied five kills with a .556 hitting percentage. Lindenwood hit .150 as a squad in the second set.Â
Alex Dahlstrom and
Jessica Krygsheld each registered five kills and Clancy handed out 13 assists, but the Lady Lions feel 25-20 to end the night.

Dvorak finished the night with 11 kills and one block while Dahlstrom had 10 kills and two blocks.Â
Sarah Makowski tallied six kills and five blocks while Clancy compiled 33 assists.

Lindenwood falls to 5-9 on the year and 1-3 in the MIAA. The Lady Lions travel to Warrensburg, Mo. on Tuesday to take on Central Missouri at 7 p.m.
