Series Notes:-The Lindenwood women's hockey team concludes the regular season portion of its schedule with a two-game series on February 19-20 from War Memorial Arena in Syracuse, N.Y. Puck drop is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. EST on Friday and Saturday.
-This past weekend the Lady Lions traveled to University Park, Pa. for a two-game series with the Penn State Nittany Lions. During the first game on Feb. 12 Lindenwood struggled offensively, being shutout for the fourth time this season. The Lady Lions responded the following afternoon with a shutout of their own, defeating Penn State by a final score of 1-0.

-Earlier this season the Orange traveled to Wentzville, Mo. for a two-game series on Nov. 6-7. The Orange used two third-period goals to win the first-game by a final score of 3-1. The Lady Lions found themselves trailing 1-0 late into the third period of game two, before tying the game with 2:21 remaining. The game would end in a 1-1 tie. Syracuse leads the all-time series 13-3-2.

-Syracuse enters into the weekend series with a season record of 16-13-3 and 12-4-2 in conference play. The Orange currently sit in second-place in the CHA standings with 26 points. Syracuse is led offensively by the trio of Stephanie Grossi, Jessica Sibley, and Melissa Piacentini who all rank in the top-five in CHA scoring. Jenn Gilligan has made 30 starts in goal for the Orange, while compiling a .899 save-percentage and a 2.04 goals against average.
Lindenwood Notes:-
Shara Jasper equaled the single-season program record with her 19th goal of the season on Feb. 13 at Penn State. Jasper is the conference leading goal-scorer, and tied for third in points.

-Jasper also set the career program record with her sixth-career game-winning goal, including five this season.

Sarah Bobrowski set the single-season program assists record of 18, following her assist on Jasper's game-winning score on Feb. 13.

Carrie Atkinson achieved a new career-high point total after her assist on Feb. 13. Atkinson's previous high was six-points during the 2014-15 season.

-Goaltender
Nicole Hensley recorded the fourth shutout of her career, and second of the season after blanking Penn State on Feb. 13.

-Hensley has set career-best marks in save-percentage (.927) and goals against average (2.36) during her senior season.

Tae Otte blocked four shots over the two-game stretch at Penn State, bringing her team-leading total to 87 for the season.

Shannon Morris-Reade currently ranks fifth in CHA freshman scoring. Morris-Reade has totaled 18 points on the season, including seven goals. Â
-The Lady Lions are currently winning a program record 45.2 percent of their faceoffs. The previous mark of 40.8 percent was reached a season ago.
Corbin Welsh leads the team, winning 51 percent of her draws.
-Lindenwood will await the weekend results from around the CHA to find out who and where they will be playing during the opening round of the conference tournament, a best-of-three series on Feb. 26-28.Â
