The annual MIAA football media day was held on Tuesday morning at Children's Mercy Park in Kansas City, Kan. The Lions were represented by head coach Patrick Ross, linebacker Connor Harris, and quarterback Mason Bendigo.

Besides meeting with the media, Lindenwood's trio also participated in a social media day. For photos and videos, check out Lindenwood's Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram pages.

The MIAA released its 2016 preseason rankings as well during the media session. The media poll selected Lindenwood to finish ninth, while the coaches poll had the Lions as 12th. Northwest Missouri was the preseason favorite in both polls.

Lindenwood will be practice next week in preparation for the season opener at Hunter Stadium on Sept. 1 at 7 p.m. against Central Oklahoma.
