The Lindenwood women's soccer team lost its final home game of the 2017 season to No. 1 Central Missouri by a 3-0 margin on Friday in St. Charles, Mo.

The Lions tallied a few chances in the first half, but the Jennies powered their way with 24 shots and forced McGilvray to make eight saves on the night.Â

Olivia Callipari each registered a shot on goal while Weller took two shots.

Lindenwood drops to 5-11-1 on the season and 2-7-1 in the MIAA while No. 1 Central Missouri improves to 17-0-0 on the year and 10-0-0 in conference play. The Lions will conclude the regular season on Sunday with a 12:30 p.m. match against Northwest Missouri State in Maryville, Mo.
