Lindenwood Notes:
- Kallie Bildner is one of the top performing players in the NCAA this season. The sophomore forward is ranked in the top 10 nationally in rebounds per game (13.8, third), defensive rebounds per game (10.0, fifth) and total rebounds (83, seventh). Bildner also is 16th in DII with 21.3 points per game. She leads the country in total double-doubles (six).
- Against Southern Arkansas on Nov. 10, Bildner was 16-16 from the free throw line, the best such performance by a Lion in the NCAA era. She is the second Lion to ever record the feat (Jamie Bonney on 1/29/2000). The LWU record for free throws made is 19 by Jamie Bonney on March. 10, 2000.
- Lindenwood's defense is one of the best in the NCAA,  The Lions rank 10th in DII in scoring defense at 50.0 points per game. Lindenwood is sixth in blocked shots per game at 6.2 and fourth in three-point field goal defense at 18.4.
- Lindsey Medlen is distributing the ball well for the Lions this season. She is 41st in the NCAA with 31 assists and 37th in assists per game at 5.2. Medlen is on pace for 150+ assists this season, a feat that has not been acheived in the NCAA era for Lindenwood.
- The Lions have been crashing the boards so far this season. They are 14th in NCAA DII with 47.5 rebounds per game. The Lions are 20th in defensive rebounds per game at 31.0 and 29th in offensive rebounds per game at 17.0. Lindenwood is second in all of NCAA DII with a 15.8 rebounding margin.
- Lindenwood is shooting the ball well in the early stretch of the season. So far, the Lions are 45.6% from the field, 30.8% from three and 77.0% from the line. At this pace, the 2017-18 Lions would finish second in single-season FG%  and first in single-season FT% in the Lindenwood record book.
- Though conference play has yet to begin, the Lions are among the conference's statistical leaders in non-conference play. Lindenwood leads the MIAA in assists per game (18.8), blocks per game (6.2), rebounding margin (15.8), rebounds per game (47.5), steals per game (13.2), three-point FG defense (18.4) and are one of five undefeated teams in the NCAA.
- Lindenwood was selected seventh in the MIAA Preseason Coaches Poll. The Lions return four starters from last year's team that advanced to the MIAA semifinals, battling then-No. 25 Central Oklahoma to an 84-82 nail-biter.
-Lindenwood is bringing back 76% of last year's scoring. Leading the returners is MIAA Freshman of the Year Kallie Bildner. Bildner led the 2016-17 Lions with 14.8 points and 9.2 rebounds per game.
- Head coach Tony Francis enters his eighth season at Lindenwood as the program's only coach in the NCAA era. He has a career record of 95-109.

Central Christian Notes:
- The Saints enter today's game with a 1-4 overall record. CCCB played St. Louis College of Pharmacy earlier this season, falling to the Eutectics 76-48. Lindenwood also played STLCOP, defeating the Eutectics 82-41.
- CCCB is led by the play of Crystal Eureste, who scores 13.4 points per game. Damia Covington leads the team with 12.0 rebounds per game.
- The Saints have a very shallow bench with the starting five of Hunter Salmons, Crystal Eureste, Karrisa Baber, Amber Grimes and Damia Covington each playing over 38 minutes per game.
