OVERVIEW
Lindenwood women's basketball suffered it's first defeat of the season in an 87-75 loss to Pittsburg State. In the game, Lindenwood sophomore forward Kallie Bildner scored 15 points with 12 rebounds, her seventh double-double of the season. The loss moves the Lions to 7-1 overall and 0-1 in MIAA games.

NOTABLE
- Kallie Bildner led the game with 12 rebounds, she has been the Lions' leading rebounder in all but one game this season.
- Lindsay Medlen was the tied for the game-high in points with 17, a season best for the sophomore.
- Lexie Moe had 12 points with a team-leading three steals and had the only block of the game for either team.
- Charisse Williams scored 11 points in the contest, matching her career average against the Gorillas. 
- As a team, the Lions were 16-17 from the free-throw line (94.1%). 
- Lindenwood shot 53.2% from the field and 52.9% from three. The Lions out-shot the Gorillas in all three shooting categories.
