The Lindenwood women's basketball team will close out the season on a three-game road trip, starting with Central Missouri on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. in Warrensburg, Mo.

Lindenwood Notes:
-The Lady Lions were handed a tough loss on Tuesday in a 71-67 overtime game against Lincoln in Hyland Arena.

Alex Haley led the team with 17 points while
Kallie Bildner (13),
Megan Foster (11), and
CeCe Rapp (10) each grabbed double-digit rebounds.

-Lindenwood turned the ball over 21 times in the game and shot just 21 percent from behind the arc, but outrebounded the Blue Tigers 58-37 and tallied 26 points in the paint.

-The Lady Lions are currently in 11th place in the MIAA with three games to go in the regular season as many on the teams playing on Thursday night will have a big impact on post-season play.

Gabby Walker have been key components to the Lady Lions this season. Bildner has tallied five double-doubles with five 20-point games.

Gabby Walker has compiled two double-doubles with one 20-point game and 10 games of scoring 10 points or more.

Lindsay Medlen ranks seventh in the MIAA with her 3.6 assists per game while the Lady Lions are second in the league with a 9.0 rebounding advantage.

-Lindenwood is 4-7 on the road and is 2-5 in MIAA road games.

Saturday's Game:
-Lindenwood enters Saturday with a 10-14 overall record and a 5-11 mark in the MIAA while Central Missouri visits St. Charles, Mo. with a 19-4 record on the year with a 12-3 conference record.

-The Jennies hold a 12-2 record over the Lady Lions with the last meeting going in favor of Central Missouri by a 79-59 margin earlier this season in Hyland Arena.

-The Jennie outscored the Lady Lions in the opening quarter 26-5, but Lindenwood bounced back to outplay Central Missouri in the final three quarters.

CeCe Rapp and
Alex Haley each registered 10 points.

-Lindenwood last defeated the Jennies on Jan. 24, 2015 in Hyland Arena when the Lady Lions won 92-85 in overtime.Â

Central Missouri Notes:
-The Jennies are just 2-2 in their last four games, however, their two losses were on the road against ranked opponents. Central Missouri won its previous game 74-47 over Missouri Southern on Saturday in Warrensburg, Mo.

-Paige Redmond is leading the team with 16.2 points per game and 4.0 assists per night while Kayonna Lee is grabbing 8.6 rebounds per contest.

-The Jennies are coached by Dave Slifer who is 630-232 in his career and 246-133 at Central Missouri.
