The Lindenwood baseball team tallied a 10-2 win on Sunday to win the season-series over Central Oklahoma at the Lou Brock Sports Complex in St. Charles, Mo.

Conor Behrens had a big day for the Lions as he drove in four RBI on two hits while
Nick Paulda registered three RBI on a bases-clearing double.Â
Andrew Eilers tossed 7.1 innings and allowed just two runs on three hits and had three strikeouts.Â
Kyle Hentis finished the final 1.2 innings of the game and allowed just one hit. Lindenwood scored 10 runs on 10 hits and took advantage of three fielding errors by the Bronchos.

Behrens drove in the first run of the game on a groundout to the right side of the infield and
Drew Quinones scored on a wild pitch to give Lindenwood an early 2-0 lead. Central Oklahoma picked up a run in the top of the second, but the Lions responded with a pair in the bottom of the frame. Behrens drove in another run, this time on a groundout to the left side of the infield and
Tyler Muehling scored on a
Kyle Teter single up the middle to put the Lions up 4-1 after two innings.

Paulda broke the game open in the bottom of the fifth with a bases-clearing double to extend the Lions lead by three more runs.Â
Paul Sherwood singled up the middle to drive in Paulda and the Lions held a comfortable 8-1 lead. Central Oklahoma scored one run in the top of the eight, but a two-RBI single by Behrens in the bottom of the frame put the Bronchos down for the count and the Lions cruised to a 10-2 win on Sunday.

Lindenwood improves to 15-9 on the year and 8-4 in the MIAA while Central Oklahoma drops to 16-7-1 on the season and 6-6 in league play. The Lions will hit the road to take on No. 2 Central Missouri on Tuesday in Warrensburg, Mo. for a 6 p.m. start time.
