The Lindenwood women's basketball will play No. 25 Central Oklahoma on Saturday night at the Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, Mo. for the second semifinal game in the MIAA Tournament.

Lindenwood Notes:
-The Lady Lions picked up one of the biggest wins in program history with a 64-63 upset win on Friday night over No. 9 Pittsburg State in the quarterfinal round of the conference tournament.

Jerricah Butler played hero yet again after making a free-throw with four seconds left in the game to give the Lady Lions a one-point victory. Lindenwood shot 45.8 percent in the game with the help of
Alex Haley, who was 7-of-10 from the floor for 15 points.

Lindsay Medlen ran the point with control as she tallied 15 points, dished out three assists, and picked up two steals.Â
Kallie Bildner scored 10 points with six rebounds on 3-of-6 shooting.

-Lindenwood tallied just its second win when trailing at the half and earned its first win when the opponent has grabbed more rebounds.

-The Lady Lions have won four of their last five games, all of which have come away from Hyland Arena in St. Charles, Mo.

Kallie Bildner is still the team leader in points per game (15.0), rebounding average (9.3), and field goal percentage (58.8).

-If the Lady Lions can pull off another upset on Saturday, it will be the winningest season the program has had since the 2011-12 season when the team went 17-10.

-Lindenwood earned its first MIAA Tournament win against Nebraska-Kearney on Feb. 28 and continue to set new bench marks for seasons to follow.

Saturday's Game:
-Lindenwood will enter the game with a 14-15 overall record after finishing ninth in the MIAA after going 7-12 in league games. No. 25 Central Oklahoma is 24-6 on the season and was the five-seed going into the tournament after closing out the conference season with a 13-6 record.

-The two squads met just one time during the regular season in which the Bronchos ousted the Lady Lions 74-58 on Jan. 7 in Hyland Arena.

Charisse Williams led the team with 11 points while
Bre Zanders pitched in a team-high seven rebounds off the bench. Lindenwood was impacted by its 29 turnovers and 64 percent free throw shooting.

-The Lady Lions outrebounded the Bronchos 38-31 including 17 offensive rebounds. Central Oklahoma was 16-of-22 from the free-throw line in the second half while the Lady Lions were just 9-for-13. The Bronchos tallied 34 points in the paint to 28 for the Lady Lions.

No. 25 Central Oklahoma Notes:
-Central Oklahoma defeated Missouri Western 69-58 on Friday night to advance to the semifinal round with the help of 16 points from Jesheon Cooper and a double-double from Olivia Mason.

-Central Oklahoma is sixth in the league in points per game 69.3 and is allowing 60.8 points per contest. The Bronchos are led by first team All-MIAA selection Melinda Murillo who is averaging 14.4 points and a team best 3.4 assists per game

-Olivia Mason is averaging 11.4 points and 7.5 rebounds per game while Marley Anderson is also in double figures with 11.1 points and Blake Blessington averages 10.3 points per contest.
