Lindenwood battled Washburn to a thrilling five-set victory Saturday night. The win is the Lions' second in a row. Lindenwood rises to 10-8 overall and 2-3 in MIAA games.
NOTABLE
- The Lions recorded 12 blocks in the match, the second-highest total for Lindenwood this season. LU had 13 blocks against Roberts Wesleyan on Sept. 15.
- Lindenwood served well, recording nine aces as a team.
Sara Wagenknecht and
Alex Dahlstrom had three aces each.

Sadie Kosciuk was a force at the net with 14 kills (.286 attack percentage) and eight total blocks (three solo, five assisted).

Emily Wylie continued to excel this week with 13 kills. In three matches this week, the senior has 36 kills (3.00 per set) with a .278 attack percentage.
- Kathryn Finnerty also had double-digit kills with 10 against Washburn.

Ivy Reynolds led the Lions with 26 assists.

Megan Hellwege added to her impressive dig total with 28 in the match. She now has 389 this season and 1,146 digs in her career.
