Lindenwood women's volleyball swept Emporia State to move to 14-12 overall and 6-10 in MIAA matches. The victory keeps the Lions tied for eight place in the MIAA. 

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- Sadie Kosciuk was the Lions' top hitter, recording nine kills and seven total blocks. 
- Alexa Pressley continued to thrive at the net with a team-high 11 kills. 
- Kat Finnerty posted nine kills with a .375 attack percentage. 
- Freshman Hannah Borchelt recorded seven kills with a .600 hitting percentage. 
- Allyson Clancy notched 38 assists against the Hornets. She also had 10 digs for her third double-double of the season.
- Sara Wagenknecht led the Lions with 16 digs.
- As a team, the Lions held Emporia State to a .074 hitting percentage. 

PLAYOFF PICTURE
The Lions remain in eighth place with a 6-10 MIAA record. They are tied with Missouri Western, but hold the tiebreaker over the Griffons. Seventh-place Emporia State is 6-9, but plays #15 Central Missouri tomorrow. At the moment, the Lions hold head-to-head tiebreakers with every team that has yet to clinch a playoff spot.
