Series Notes:
- The Lindenwood women's hockey team plays its final home series of the season on February 16-17 against the Syracuse Orange. The two-game series will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday evening, before concluding at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday afternoon.
- Prior to the start of Saturday's contest, Lindenwood will honor the two members of its senior class,
Britannia Gillanders and
Sarah McGall, as part of the annual Senior Day ceremonies.
- Lindenwood and Syracuse have met 26 times since the start of the 2011-2012 season, with the Orange holding a 20-4-2 edge in the all-time series.
- Earlier this season, the two teams split a two-game series in Syracuse, N.Y. The Orange skated to a 4-1 victory during the first game, before the Lions posted a 2-0 win the following day.

Jolene deBruyn made 35 saves on Feb. 9 at Robert Morris. It was deBruyn's seventh game this season with at least 35 saves.
- Following her 35-save performance, deBruyn raised her save percentage to .927 against CHA opponents, tied for the third-best mark in the conference.
- Earlier this season,
Sierra Burt scored the first game-winning goal of her career at Syracuse. Burt currently leads all Lindenwood freshmen with 15 points.
- Burt ranks sixth in the CHA with nine points in 16 games against conference opponents.
- Lindenwood blocked 27 shots in its game at Robert Morris on Feb. 9. The Lions finished the two-game series with 50 blocked shots, the second-most blocks the team has had in a two-game series this season.

Ally Larson had two blocks in the series at Robert Morris, and leads the team with 58 blocks this season.
- Lindenwood has a record of 7-2-0 when it scores the first goal of a game this season. The Lions are 1-15-1 when their opponent scores first.
- The Lions have won five of their eight games this season on Saturday, all of which came during the final game of two-game series.
- In her Olypmics debut on Tuesday, former Lindenwood goaltender Nicole Hensley posted a 13-save shutout for the U.S. Olympic women's ice hockey team against the Olympic Athletes from Russia.
- Lindenwood will conclude the 2017-18 regular season with a two-game series at Penn State on Feb. 23-24.
