Women's Basketball Puts Up 84 Points Against Northwest Missouri

OVERVIEW
Lindenwood women's basketball secured its first winning season since the 2011-12 NCAA transition year with an 84-51 win over visiting Northwest Missouri. It was the 10th time this season that the Lions have scored more than 80 points and the fifth time in MIAA play. The win moves the Lions to 15-12 overall and 7-10 in MIAA play.

NOTABLE
- Gabby Walker led all scorers with 18 points on 8-12 shooting, her sixth time leading the Lions in scoring this season.
- Lexie Moe was 6-10 from the field and 3-4 from three for 15 points. She also added eight rebounds and two blocks.
- Kallie Bildner posted a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds. It was her 15th double-double this season.
- As a team, the Lions shot 52.5% from the field and 47.4% from three. They held the Bearcats to 29.6% from the field.
- The Lions 84 points are tied for the third-most allowed by Northwest this season (matching their earlier contest). Additionally, the Bearcats' 51 points is the fifth-lowest mark of the year for them.
- Lindenwood had 19 assists in the game, a high for the Lions in MIAA action. They also matched a low in conference games with 11 turnovers (vs. Fort Hays, 1/27/18).

The Lions wrap up the regular season with Senior Day at Hyland on Saturday. Lindenwood hosts Missouri Western on Feb. 24 at 1:30 p.m.
