OVERVIEW
Lindenwood sophomore shortstop Austine Pauley led the Lions with three home runs in two games to power the Lions to a doubleheader sweep of Pittsburg State. In all, the Lions had seven home runs in the series. The victories push Lindenwood's overall record to 21-19 and 9-11 in MIAA games.

NOTABLE
- In game two, the Lions faced a 10-5 deficit headed into the sixth inning, but the Lions used three doubles and a home run to score 12 runs to win the game. 
- Austine Pauley finished the series 6-11 with three home runs, five runs scored and six RBIs. She also stole a base.
- Megan Clark was 5-9 with a double and two home runs. She scored five times with five RBIs.
- Hanna Porter was 6-9 with six runs scored, a double and a home run.
- Stormee Galka was 4-6 at the plate with three runs scored and a pair of doubles. 
- In addition to picking up the win in game one, Marina Esparza was 5-9 with five runs scored and a home run at the plate.
- In the circle, Sam Dean threw 3.2 IP, holding the Gorillas to a .235 batting average against.
- As a team, the Lion offense had a .481 batting average, .815 slugging percentage and a .533 on-base percentage.
