The Lindenwood men's volleyball team came out of the gates strong, forcing #2 UCLA to a 26-24 opening set, but ultimately fell to the Bruins, 3-0. The defeat drops the Lions to 0-2 on the year.

Charley Hlavin once again led the team in kills (12) while also hitting .417 with four digs and an ace.

Connor Hipelius was a perfect 3-for-3 on attacks, but excelled on the defensive side of the net, recording six blocks (two solo).

- Diego Negron recorded six kills and seven digs. He also added two blocks and an ace.

Sam Schindler led the team with three aces and also had four blocks.
