MATCH OVERVIEW
Lindenwood women's volleyball took no. 9 Lewis to four sets, led by the efforts of sophomore Hannah Borchelt, who tallied 15 kills. The opposite hitter also recorded a .343 hitting percentage against the Flyers. Lindenwood ultimately fell to Lewis 3-1. The defeat drops the Lions to 10-11 overall and 1-8 in conference matches.

- Hannah Borchelt led the team with 15 kills while notching two blocks and a .343 attack percentage. 
- Mackenzi Sifuentes recorded eight kills on 17 attempts without an error for a .471 hitting percentage.
- Emma Englebrecht was second on the team with nine kills.
- Maider Sancho narrowly missed a double-double with eight kills and 14 digs.
- Sarah Stretch reached a double-double with 37 assists and 14 digs.
- Libero Sara Wagenknecht led the Lions with 17 digs. 
- Stretch and Brianna Morales each had an ace against the Flyers.

The Lions return to Hyland Arena for a pair of home matches next weekend. On Friday, Nov. 1, the Lions host Bellarmine for the annual Pink Out match. Fans attending the Bellarmine match are encouraged to wear pink to help raise awareness for breast cancer.
