Bildner Sets Rebounding Mark in Win Over Walsh

GAME OVERVIEW
Lindenwood senior forward Kallie Bildner grabbed three rebounds in the first half against Walsh, giving her 856 career boards, setting the Lindenwood record for career rebounds and leading the Lions to a 75-73 win over Walsh. Bildner finished the contest with 23 points and 12 rebounds, her second double-double in as many games. The victory moves the Lions to 2-0 on the year.

NOTABLE
- Kallie Bildner collected 12 total rebounds in the game, extending her record to 865 boards. The previous record was held by Shannon Malek, who played at Lindenwood from 1992-96. Bildner also entered the season with a 10.4 career rebounding average, one of two Lions to ever average double-digit boards over a career (minimum 50 games). 
- Also climbing the career charts is Lindsay Medlen who moved into sole possession of fifth place on the all-time assists list with a total of 302.
- Devin Fuhring was the Lions' top scorer against the Cavaliers, scoring 24 points on 9-17 shooting (3-8 from three). She also grabbed six rebounds.
- Bildner was second on the team with 23 points and led the game with 12 rebounds. She was 7-11 from the field and 9-11 from the line. 
- Hennessey Handy also scored in the double-figures with 13 points. She shot 5-7 from the field.
- As a team, the Lions were 25-52 from the field (48.1%).
- Julia Ruzevich was a multi-category contributor for Lindenwood, totalling five points, six rebounds and a team-high six assists and a pair of steals.
- The Lions held Walsh to 2-10 from beyond the arc. Earlier this week, Lindenwood held Pittsburg State to 2-11 from three. 
- Lindenwood out-rebounded Walsh 37-22. Against Pittsburg State, the rebounding disparity was 42-29 in favor of the Lions.
