Jamie Bain was 4-5 from beyond the arc as the Lions fell to NCAA DI Eastern Illinois 88-66. Lindenwood held tight in the first quarter, trailing 25-23 and shooting 69.2% from the field (and 4-4 from three) in the opening quarter. It was the Lions' final exhibition contest before the start of the 2019-20 regular season.

Jamie Bain was 4-5 in the contest, all three-pointers, for a team-leading 12 points in the game. She also added a rebound, an assist and a block. Last season, the Lions' had only one game where a player made five threes and five total performances with four makes.

Kallie Bildner narrowly missed a double-double with 10 points and nine rebounds.

Julia Ruzevich scored 10 points with four rebounds and two assists. She was 4-5 from the free throw line.

Lindsay Medlen was a perfect 3-3 from the field for eight points while leading Lindenwood with four assists.
- The Lions performed well on the glass, out-rebounding the Panthers 34-33. Lindenwood also held a 16-8 edge in second-chance points.
