The Lindenwood men's basketball team (14-15, 7-10 MIAA) had its three-game winning streak snapped on Thursday evening from Hyland Arena in St. Charles, Mo. The Lions were defeated by the Washburn Ichabods by a final score of 81-60.

QUOTABLE
Head Coach Lance Randall
" Washburn had a great bounce in their step right off the tip tonight," said Randall. "I felt we were playing a step behind for most of the first half. Washburn shot the ball very well from three and manhandled us around the rim. I would like to think our schedule caught up with us after three tough road games, including an extra game on Tuesday in which Washburn was at home and had a bye. This was not the same team we put on the floor during the last three games. We will get an extra day off  this weekend, and we have to be ready to regroup and compete next week."

UP NEXT
Lindenwood will host Central Missouri on Wednesday, February 27 at 7:30 p.m. from inside Hyland Arena.
