PLAYOFF PICTURE
This season, the MIAA changed formats for the MIAA Conference Championship. In years' past, the conference would take the top 12 teams with the bottom eight teams playing campus at campus sites for the first round. This season, the top 10 teams all go to Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, Mo. For more information on the new format, visit MIAA Tournament Central.
- Lindenwood has already secured a spot in the MIAA Tournament with a 13-4 record.
- With two games left, Lindenwood sits in sole possession of second place. However, Central Missouri is a game behind the Lions at 12-4 with a game to play this week.
- Fort Hays State (15-1) has clinched the top seed in the MIAA Championship. Only Lindenwood, Central Missouri and Washburn can catch the Tigers, and FHSU has defeated all three teams.
- In their remaining games Lindenwood plays a pair home games against Central Missouri (11-4, t-3rd) and Southwest Baptist (3-12, t-11th), two teams that defeated the Lions earlier this season.
- For the Lions, a win over Central Missouri, or two losses by the Jennies will clinch the No. 2 seed for Lindenwood. Central Missouri still plays Missouri Western (7-9, eighth)  on Saturday at home, Lindenwood on Feb. 27 at Hyland Arena and Lincoln in Jefferson City, Mo. on March 2.
