The Lindenwood men's and women's tennis teams lost to Drury on Sunday in Springfield, Mo. The men's team fell 4-3 to the No. 20 Panthers while the women's were shut out 7-0.

Logan Orr, and
Juan Albin each needed three sets to earn the three singles victories for the Lions. Gaspari defeated his opponent 7-6 in the first set, lost by three in the second set, and pulled out the win with a 6-3 set-three victory. Orr had a marathon of a match as his scores were 7-5, 5-7, and 10-7.
Albin tied the team match at 3-3 after he defeated his opponents 6-3, 2-6, and 10-7 heading into doubles competition. Drury won the opening match, while
Hector Horcajada and Orr teamed up for a 6-4 win. The Lions fell by two points in the final match as the Panthers tallied the slim 4-3 victory.
The men's team will return to action on Friday when the Lions take on Missouri-Kansas City at 2 p.m. in Kansas City, Mo. The women's squad will return to St. Charles, Mo. on Wednesday, March 6 when the Lions host Lindenwood-Belleville at 3 p.m.
