Lindenwood Notes:
- Lindenwood returns to Hyland Arena to host Northwest Missouri State for the second meeting between the two schools this season. The Lions defeated the Bearcats 72-57 on Dec. 8 in Maryville, Mo. Lindenwood enters this contest 14-4 overall and 8-3 in MIAA games. Northwest is 7-13 overall with a 3-8 mark in conference action.
- In their last game, the Lions defeated then-first-place Washburn 72-56. Junior forward
Kallie Bildner led the team with 29 points and 19 rebounds, both season highs. As a team, the Lions out-rebounded the Ichabods 52-27, setting season bests in both total rebounds and rebounding margin (+25).
- As a team, the Lions are ninth in the NCAA with an average rebounding margin of 10.8.
- Entering the week,
Kallie Bildner was seventh in NCAA DII in field goal percentage at 61.8%. Bildner is 115-186 from the field this season. The Lions, as a team, are ninth in the NCAA with a field goal percentage of 47.4%.
- Bildner is this week's MIAA Player of the Week. The junior forward averaged 25 points and 15.5 rebounds over two games last week. It is her third honor of the season, tying with Emporia State's Tyra Jones for the most honors collected this season.
- The Lions are led by first-year head coach
Katie Falco. She comes to Lindenwood after spending the previous 10 seasons as an assistant coach at NCAA DI South Dakota State.
Northwest Missouri Notes:
- The Bearcats enter Hyland Arena 7-13 overall and 3-8 in conference games. Northwest Missouri has lost three in a row, most recently falling to Missouri Southern 61-58 on Feb. 2.
- Northwest Missouri is one of the top free throw shooting teams in the nation. The Bearcats shoot 80.7% from the line, the second best mark in NCAA DII.
- Jaelyn Haggard leads the team in scoring with 12.5 points per game. She is shooting .412 from the field, .393 from deep and .868 from the line.
- Mallory McConkey and Kaylani Maiava are the top rebounders averaging 5.9 and 5.1 rebounds per game, respectively.

- The Lions are 8-4 all-time against the Bearcats including five in a row for Lindenwood.
- In the previous meeting between the two schools on Dec. 8, 2018, the Lions captured a 72-57 victory in Maryville, Mo.
Kallie Bildner was the Lions leading scorer with 24 points and 16 rebounds. As a team, the Lions out-rebounded Northwest Missouri 41-17.
