Men's Basketball Defeated By No. 1 Northwest Missouri

GAME OVERVIEW
The Lindenwood men's basketball team (11-13, 4-8 MIAA) was defeated on Thursday evening by the No. 1 Northwest Missouri Bearcats from Hyland Arena in St. Charles, Mo. The top-ranked Bearcats won the matchup by a final score of 72-41.

Northwest Missouri jumped out to a quick 10-0 lead to open the game, setting the tone for the evening. The Bearcats would go on to a wire-to-wire victory, never relinquishing the lead they took from the opening tip.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- Brad Newman led the Lindenwood offense in scoring with a 17-point performance (7-of-18 FG).
- Dominique Dobbs secured a team-high eight rebounds, which also represented a season-high mark.
- TJ Crockett entered the starting lineup for the first time this season, scoring four points.
- Cameron Scales made his Lindenwood debut and knocked down his only field-goal attempt, a three-pointer late in the second half.
- Adam Pohlman dished out a team-high three assists.
