The Lindenwood men's tennis team lost 5-2 to Southern Indiana on Saturday in Evansville, Ind.
Michele Gaspari and
Carlos Clerins were the only Lions to earn a victory in the singles competition. Gaspari won his match by scores of 6-3 and 6-1. Clerins fell 6-3 in the first set, but rallied to win 6-1 and 7-6 (10-8) to earn a singles win.
Hector Horcajada and
Logan Orr teamed up to pick up the lone doubles win for Lindenwood. Horcajada and Orr defeated their opponent 6-4 in the second doubles match of the day.
The Lions will return to action on February 16 when they head to Springfield, Ill. to take on Oklahoma Baptist at 1 p.m.
