The Lindenwood baseball team (19-17, 13-9 MIAA) lost 1-0 to Central Missouri (24-11, 15-7 MIAA) on a walk-off hit in the ninth inning on Friday in Warrensburg, Mo.

Kyle Hentis was great in his 8 2/3 innings pitched as he allowed just one run on five hits. Hentis tallied eight strikeouts in the contest. The Lions struggled offensively after only mustering up three hits in the game. Lindenwood stranded two runners in the first inning, and stranded
Bryce Beckmann at second after he hit a one-out double in the seventh inning.
