TOURNAMENT DETAILS
On the final day of the Lindenwood Challenge, the Lions went 1-1 with a 3-1 loss to McKendree and a four-set win over Maryville. A pair of Lions were named to the All-Tournament team:
Sadie Kosciuk (3.45 kills per set, .277 attack percentage) and
Kelly Wilson (3.22 kills per set, .379 attack percentage). The split moves the Lions to 7-2 overall this season.
NOTABLE
- In the opening game, the Lions dropped the first two sets, but rebounded to win the third set. In the fourth, Lindenwood battled the Bearcats to 26-24, and ultimately fell.
- Kosciuk led the Lions with 19 kills and six blocks in the match.
- Wilson had 13 kills on 26 swings with three errors for a team-leading .385 attack percentage. She also had four blocks.

Alexa Pressley returned from injury to tally 10 kills in a mere two sets, while hitting .280.

Maider Sancho made the switch to libero mid-match and responded with a match-high 17 digs.

Annalise Harry posted 43 sets in the four-setter.Â
- As a team, the Lions held McKendree to .158. Montevallo is the only Lindenwood opponent to hit over .200 this season while five opponents have hit below .100 and one has hit negative.
- Against Maryville, the Lions struggled in the opening set, but bounced back to drop the Saints in four sets.

Mackenzi Sifuentes tied for the team lead with 12 kills and hit a match-high .308. She also led the Lions with six blocks. Sifuentes had 14 total blocks at the Lindenwood Challenge (1.27 per set).

Emma Engelbrecht got the start for Lindenwood, earning 12 kills, five digs and two blocks.

Kat Finnerty had 11 kills and two blocks against Maryville.

Annalise Harry notched 44 assists in match two. On the weekend, she recorded 123 assists (11.18 per set).Â
- Harry also gathered 10 digs for her second-career double-double.Â
- Sancho played the entire match at libero, posting 21 digs. She had a total of 49 digs in the tournament (4.45 per set).Â
