LINDENWOOD NOTES:
- Lindenwood takes on Lewis and UIS in a road trip this weekend. The Lions first play Lewis, who is undefeated in GLVC action, on Thursday, before taking on UIS Saturday. The Prairie Stars enter the weekend 6-10 overall and 1-7 in conference games. 
- In their last game, the Lions won an overtime thriller against UMSL at Hyland Arena. The Lions were down three late in the game, but a buzzer-beating three from Devin Fuhring send the game to OT. In overtime, the Lions went 14-18 from the free throw line, including a 7-8 performance from Devin Fuhring. The Lions won the game 92-86. Both games against UMSL this season have gone to overtime. 
- The Lindenwood senior duo of Kallie Bildner and Lindsey Medlen are rewriting the Lion record books. Bildner has already broken the career rebounding record and has joined the 1,000 point club at Lindenwood. She also is approaching the Lindenwood career scoring record as well as the 1,000 rebound plateau. Medlen has 954 career points and is on-pace to join Bildner in the 1,000 point club. Additionally, Medlen has 357 career assists, approaching the Lindenwood NCAA record 380 career assists set by Jenny Rocha from 2012-16.
- Bildner is second in the conference in scoring at 21.3 points per game and tops in rebounding at 10.9 rebounds per game. She is the only player in the GLVC to rank in the top five in both categories. 
- Devin Fuhring is shooting 29-76 from three this season (.382). She is on pace to make 56 three-pointers this season, which would be the third-best single-season total in Lindenwood history. Kassidy Gengenbacher made 58 threes in 14-15 and 69 threes in 15-16. 
- Lindsay Medlen is excelling in her senior campaign. The point guard leads the GLVC in assists per game (5.1, 22nd nationally) and is second in  assist-to-turnover ratio (2.28. 19th nationally). 
- The Lions are led by second-year head coach Katie Falco. She joined Lindenwood after spending the previous 10 seasons as an assistant coach at NCAA DI South Dakota State. In her first season at the helm, she led the Lions to a 21-8 overall record, setting the Lindenwood NCAA single-season win record and earning the program's first-ever at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament. 

GLVC STANDINGS
Lindenwood is currently 5-3 in GLVC games and is sixth in the GLVC ranking system with a 3.56 average rating. 

The GLVC uses a point-based ranking system to seed the conference championship. At the end of the season, points are distributed as follows:

LEWIS NOTES:
- The Flyers enter the Lindenwood contest 11-5 overall and an undefeated 8-0 in GLVC games. Earlier this week, Lewis defeated UIS on 86-77 in Springfield. Rachel Hinders led the team in scoring and rebounding at 26 and eight, respectively.
- As a team, Lewis is eighth in free-throw percentage at 80.1%. The Flyers also rank 18th in assists per game (17.0), 23rd in blocks per game (4.6) and 25th in field goal percentage (45.7%)
- Hinders leads the Flyers with a 19.5 scoring average. She also is the team's top rebounder with 6.8 boards per game and shoots .617 from the field. 
- Kaitlyn Williams is the top three-point threat for Lewis this season. She is 36-87 (.414) from long range. 

SERIES NOTES
- The Lions have never played Lewis. 

UIS NOTES
- The Prairie Stars enter the weekend 6-10 overall and 1-7 in GLVC action. In the Lewis loss, Lauren Ladowski led the team with 14 points and seven rebounds. She was one of four with five rebounds in the game. 
- UIS gets to the free throw line often and capitalizes. The Prairie Stars are 264-360 (73.3%) in free throws this year. They are 25th nationally and first in the GLVC in FTs made and 43rd nationally, second in GLVC in FT attempts. 
- Ladowski is the leading scorer for UIS at 15.1 points per game. She also leads the Prairie Stars with 28 steals and 54 assists.
- Tehya Fortune (10.4) and Jasmine Sangster (10.0) also average double figures for UIS. 
- Katelyn Rosner is the team's leading rebounder at 5.8 rebounds per game.

SERIES NOTES
- Since joining the NCAA, the Lions have played UIS twice, with Lindenwood winning both games. They Lions also defeated UIS in 2011 in Hyland Arena.
- In two career games, Kallie Bildner has scored 35 points with 20 rebounds against UIS. She also has four blocks
- Lindsay Medlen has historically thrived against UIS. She has collected 18 assists and is 4-8 from three in her career against the Prairie Stars (two games). Defensively, she has eight steals.
