The Lindenwood men's basketball team (3-1, 3-1 GLVC) will take on No. 25 Missouri-St. Louis (3-1, 3-1 GLVC) on Friday night at 7:30 p.m. in St. Louis, Mo.  

The Lions are coming off a loss to Truman State this past Saturday, as the Bulldogs have jumped six spots in the polls to No. 12.  The Tritons edged Southwest Baptist earlier this week by a margin of 71-63.

Lindenwood is led by TJ Crockett who is averaging 23.5 points per game on 47.8 percent shooting from the field.  Crockett is also the team leader in assists (9), steals (12), and blocks (7).  Vijay Blackmon (15.3) and Anthony Christian (10.0) are also averaging double-digit points per game.  Romelo Burrell is leading the team with 8.5 rebounds per game, while dishing out eight assists with seven steals on the year.

Crockett earned GLVC Player of the Week in each of the first two weeks of the season.  The University City, Mo. native tied his season-low against Truman State, but still scored 19 points and added six rebounds with four steals.  Christian scored 10 points on Saturday, his second game this season with double-digit points.  Truman State shot 52.8 percent from the field, but the Lions forced 17 turnovers and had nine steals in the game.

The Tritons have four players who are averaging 10 or more points per game,  while the team is shooting 49.8 percent from the field.  Jose Grubs is posting 11.3 points per game and 5.5 rebounds per game, while compiling eight assists and six steals on the season.
