MATCH OVERVIEW
Lindenwood men's volleyball defeated nationally ranked Purdue Fort Wayne in four sets at Hyland Arena. The Mastodons entered the weekend ranked ninth in the AVCA national poll. The Lions are now 8-4 overall with a 1-0 mark in MIVA games.

NOTABLE
- Jeremy Kirch led the Lions with 15 kills and two aces while adding on three blocks.
- Sam Schindler recorded 10 kills with a team-leading seven blocks. He also led the team with .444 hitting percentage. 
- Diego Negron nearly had a double-double with eight kills and nine digs. 
- Elijah Tabuarua tallied 33 assists with two aces and five digs. 
- Libero Kyle Deutschmann led the Lions with 10 digs. 
- The victory over the Mastodons was the Lions first win over a ranked foe since beating no. 13 Ball State on March 29, 2019. It also is the highest-ranked victory for the Lions since defeating no. 8 Loyola Chicago in four sets on April 5, 2018.
- Lindenwood posted six aces in the match, while Fort Wayne did not record an ace.
