Lindenwood Notes:
- Lindenwood hosts Illinois Springfield in the penultimate game of the regular season. The Lions are 16-8 with a 12-6 mark in GLVC games while the Prairie Stars are 9-17 and 4-14 in conference games. Lindenwood is fifth in the GLVC Point Rating System with 3.67 points.
- Last time out, the Lions defeated William Jewell 85-62 at Hyland Arena. In that contest, senior forward
Kallie Bildner broke the Lindenwood career scoring record set by Shannon Malek between 1992-96. Bildner now has 1,823 career points, seventh among all active DII players.
- The Lindenwood senior duo of
Kallie Bildner and Lindsey Medlen are rewriting the Lion record books. Bildner has already broken the Lindenwood scoring and rebounding records. She is on pace to be the first Lion to finish her career shooting 60% or better in the NCAA. Medlen recently broke the Lindenwood career and NCAA era single-season assists records. Both players have surpassed 1,000 career points.

Kallie Bildner is the only player to rank in the top five in points (21.8, second), rebounds (11.8, first) and field goal percentage (.625, first) in the GLVC this season. She is one of three players to average 20 points, one of two to average double-digit rebounds and the only player in the conference to shoot over 60% from the field.

Kallie Bildner is among the statistical leaders among active players in all of DII. She is seventh in career scoring (1,823), first in rebounding (1,098) and fifth in field goal percentage (59.5%).
- This month,
Kallie Bildner and
Lindsay Medlen have been thriving. Bildner is averaging 23.7 points and 12.7 rebounds per game this month. Medlen is posting 14.7 points and 5.9 rebounds per game while adding 51 assists over seven games in February.
- The Lions are led by second-year head coach
Katie Falco. She joined Lindenwood after spending 10 seasons as an assistant coach at NCAA DI South Dakota State. In her first season at the helm, she led the Lions to a 21-8 overall record, setting the Lindenwood NCAA single-season win record and earning the program's first-ever at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament.
Illinois Springfield Notes:
- Illinois Springfield is 9-17 overall and 4-14 in GLVC action. In their last game, the Prairie Stars fell to McKendree in Lebanon, Ill. 83-76. Jasmine Singer was the leading scorer for UIS with 19 pionts and dished out seven assists.
- The Prairie Stars lead the GLVC and are fourth nationally in free throws made with 450. UIS is 14th nationally in free throw attempts at 611.
- Lauren Ladowski is the top scorer for UIS with 14.3 points per game. Jasmine Sangster also scores in double-digits with 10.5 points per game.
- Katelyn Rosner leads on the boards with 6.1 rebounds per game.

- The Lions are 8-3 all-time against UIS, winning the past four contest, including a 70-59 win in Springfield, Ill. earlier this season.
