Men's Basketball Begins Final Road Swing of Season

Things to Know
• The Lindenwood men's basketball will hit the road for the first of four-straight road matchups, for the team's final road stretch of the season. The Lions will face the Bulldogs of Truman State on Thursday, Feb. 6 at 7:30 p.m.
 
• Truman State enters the game with a 14-6 record, including a 10-2 conference record. Truman State has won three-straight games, and beat William Jewell, 9263, in the team's last game.
 
• The Lions are 3-1 all-time against Truman State. Lindenwood lost, 67-79, in its last game against Truman State.
 
• On the road against Truman State, Lindenwood is 1-1. The team's sole road win against the Bulldogs came in 2013, in a 96-82 effort.
 
• In the Lions' last game, TJ Crockett led all Lindenwood scorers with 25 points, for his 14th career game with at least 20 points.
 
• Following Thursday's game, Lindenwood stays on the road to face Quincy on Saturday, Feb. 8 at 3:00 p.m. The Lions will play two more road games after that.

• Crockett led the Lions with 25 points against Southern Indiana. Crockett has 13 games this season with 20 or more points scored.
 
• For the 11th time this season, Crockett led the team in scoring in a game.
 
• Crockett brought in six rebounds, which was a teamhigh against USI. He has seven games this season with at least six rebounds.
 
• Crockett is the league-leader in points per game, with 21.1. He also sits in third in free throw percentage (88.8).
 
• Radosevic reached double-digit scoring for the fifth straight game. Radosevic's 17 points against the Screaming Eagles is his second-highest scoring output of the season (23).
 
• Radosevic tied a career-high for steals with two in Saturday's game.
 
• Blackmon has scored double-digits in 16 of 20 games this season. Blackmon tallied 11 points against Southern Indiana.
 
• Blackmon is seventh in the GLVC in scoring (17.4) points per game. He and Crockett are the only pair of teammates to sit in to top-10 in scoring in the conference.
 
• Prior to Saturday's game against USI, Blackmon scored 70 points in two games. His career-high of 39 points came against McKendree, and both games were the only time in his career that he has eclipsed the 30-point plateau.
 
• Scales has gotten the starting nod in back-to-back games, and has scored 24 points in those two games.
 
• Scales is in the top-10 in the GLVC in 3-point field goals made with 54 (2.70/game) and he is 15th in the conference in offensive rebounding, bringing in 1.70 per game for a total of 34 on the season.
 
• Bhinder is one of the conference leaders in assist/ turnover ration, with a 3.00 ratio.
 
• Bhinder sits in the top-10 in assists for the GLVC, with 69 assists this season.
 
• Lindenwood is one of the top scoring offenses in the conference this season, averaging 82.4 points per game, which puts them in the top spot in the GLVC.
 
• On the other side, the Lions have had their struggles defensively, and sit dead last in the GLVC in scoring defense (81.3 PPG).
 
• The Lions allow an average shooting percentage of 51.0 percent to opposing teams, which puts them in the bottom of the GLVC.
 
• Over the course of Lindenwood's nine-game losing streak, six of the games have been single-digit losses, including a 116-121 loss in OT to McKendree.

Scouting the Competition
• Truman State will enter the matchup on a three-game winning streak, after beating William Jewell, 92-63, in the team's most recent matchup.
 
• The Bulldogs are led by Brodric Thomas, who is averaging 20.8 points per game, and is right behind Crockett for the conference scoring title.
 
• Thomas pairs his 20.8 points per game to go along with 6.9 rebounds per game, and is also second on his team with 67 assists. Thomas's 6.9 rebounds per game are tops on the team.
 
• Truman State is at the bottom of the GLVC in turnover margin, with a -2.00 margin. The team is last in steals with 103 and are averaging 5.42 steals per game.
 
• Turner Scott is fourth in the GLVC in assists with 81. Scott averages 4.26 assists per game.
 
• Following Thursday's game, Truman State will host Missouri-St. Louis on Saturday, Feb. 8 at 3:00 p.m. UMSL is currently one game above Truman State in the GLVC.
