Ellen McCorkle is 3rd in the GLVC with 1.80 blocked shots per game. McCorkle averages 3.60 offensive rebounds per game, which is 2nd in the conference.
A LOOK AT THE MATCHUP
Illinois Springfield is coached by Casey Thousand. Thousand is in her second season at the helm of the program, and is 15-25 (.375).
The Prairie Stars have struggled offensively, as they have the 3rd-worst shooting percentage in the conference (.385). Illinois Springfield has the 6th-best rebounding margin (+2.0) in the GLVC. UIS' scoring defense (68.6) is 10th in the conference.
