Rachel Jackson picked up an assist on the goal.
Maggie Weller had another great scoring chance for Lindenwood in the 25th minute, but she was denied by the Skyhawk keeper. Both offenses were strong in the opening half as the two teams combined for 18 shots, including 11 on goal. UT Martin put seven on frame, but

QUOTABLE

Dave Musso "Our group makes it difficult on teams in all areas. That was a talented UT Martin offense and our team defense was outstanding. Baetz had a strong presence which helped us keep the ball higher up the field earning a free kick which she ended up banging home."
